Life Long Learning Fund
Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation (RMHF) recognizes the importance of continuous learning to the success of both individual workers and to healthcare as a whole.  The grant is open to all permanent employees who have completed 18 months of service on a full-time basis or the equivalent number of hours (3760 hours) on a part-time or casual basis within the publicly funded health care facilities in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows (e.g. Ridge Meadows Hospital (RMH), Baillie House, McKenney Creek Hospice, Home Health, Public Health, Community Mental Health, Maple Ridge Treatment Centre, etc.).  Funding is available for various items as detailed in the application package.

Loyal Orange Lodge Education Endowment Fund
The Loyal Orange Lodge Education Endowment Fund (LOLEEF) is an endowment fund from which the revenue is used to support professional development of the members who make up the multi-disciplinary health care teams who work at Ridge Meadows Hospital. The Fund was established through a gift of $50,000 from the Queen of the Valley Loyal Orange Lodge No. 3113, a fraternal organization in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows.

RMHF Staff Appreciation Grant
Beginning in 2000, the Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation has made Staff Appreciation Grants to departments in Ridge Meadows Hospital and other health care services operated by the Health Authorities in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. The grant supports the ideas of frontline staff that can make their work more effective but the proposed project requires funding.

RMHF Major Grant
In 2004, Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation initiated the RMHF Major Grant to one department per year for a new initiative. The purpose of the grant is to provide funding to help staff become more effective or efficient in delivering patient care.
