Exciting Leadership Opportunity: Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation is Hiring a New Executive Director!

As we bid farewell to our beloved Executive Director, Laura Butler, who has dedicated over 20 years to the Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation, we are pleased to announce that we are seeking a new Executive Director to lead our mission and vision forward. Laura’s retirement, effective March 31, 2025, marks the end of an era filled with passion, dedication, and impactful contributions to healthcare in our community. Her legacy of advocacy and commitment has set a high bar, and we are excited to welcome a new leader who can carry this mission forward.

About the Role

In this diverse and rewarding position, reporting to the Board of Directors, the new Executive Director will play a crucial role in the operational success and future of the Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation. Ideal candidates will bring exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and fundraising experience that will meet and exceed our revenue growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

The Executive Director will be responsible for:

  • Leading all fundraising and development activities.
  • Directing strategic development initiatives.
  • Collaborating with hospital administration to align our goals with community needs.
  • Managing budgets and financial targets.
  • Cultivating donor relationships through tailored recognition programs.
  • Overseeing policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Enhancing the Foundation’s brand within the community.

Qualifications and Competencies

We’re looking for a polished, professional, and passionate individual who has a track record of trusted leadership and a solid understanding of fundraising. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7–10 years of senior leadership experience in a large non-profit or charity setting are essential. Certification as a Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) is a plus.
