Joining the Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation Monthly Giving Program provides sustainable support of long-term commitment to excellence in health care in your community.
A contribution of your choosing is charged to your credit card or deducted from your bank account automatically on the 15th of every month. You will receive a consolidated tax receipt from us at the end of the year.
To join the Monthly Giving Program, you can donate online and indicate you would like to donate monthly. Or, you can download and return the completed monthly donation form below. Lastly, email Maureen Pain or call 604.463.1822 to set up your monthly donation over the phone.
