We can also help by supplying donation forms for use at memorial services or Celebrations of Life and we will provide the next-of-kin with a list of those who have made a gift, keeping the donation amount confidential.
Gifts in Celebration
Celebrate a birthday, graduation, anniversary, retirement, or other special occasion with a gift to Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation.
Consider including a Celebration Donation Invitation—a donation reply card and envelope—in any party invitation. The Foundation will gladly personalize the insert for your special day.
Caregiving Angels
Honour and recognize a Ridge Meadows Hospital employee or volunteer who has made a difference in your health care experience, or that of a loved one.
Your Caregiving Angel will receive a letter telling them that they have been honoured, and by whom, and a special pin to wear proudly.
