The Board of Directors of the Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation is pleased to announce that Janine Davies will be joining the Foundation as its new Executive Director, effective January 20, 2025. Janine will succeed Laura Butler, who will be retiring in February after many years of dedicated service.

Janine brings a wealth of experience in corporate philanthropy and fundraising, with a proven track record of building meaningful connections within diverse communities and a deep commitment to advancing philanthropic values. With a background in executive leadership and a history of success, Janine is uniquely positioned to lead the Foundation into its next chapter.

In addition to her impressive professional qualifications, Janine is known for her visionary leadership, exceptional communication, and relationship-building skills. Her collaborative and compassionate approach, along with her strong commitment to the Foundation’s mission, make her an ideal fit for this important role.

The transition from Laura to Janine will include a comprehensive handover process to ensure a smooth and seamless changeover. The Board is confident that under Janine’s leadership, the Foundation will continue to thrive and support the vital work of the Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation.
