At our hospital, we are fortunate to have incredible support from the Kiwanis Club of Golden Ears for our Hug a Bear program. This program provides stuffed animals to children during their time in the hospital, offering comfort and joy during their most vulnerable moments.
The impact of these stuffed animals is truly immeasurable. Not only do the children benefit from their kindness, but our doctors and nurses also see the positive impact that these stuffies have on their young patients. The simple gesture of giving a child a stuffed animal can make a world of difference in their hospital experience.
We are incredibly grateful to the Kiwanis Club of Golden Ears for being a beacon of compassion and light in our community. Their unwavering support of the Hug a Bear program has brought smiles to the faces of countless children in our hospital.
We would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Kim Dumore, Club President, for personally delivering the funds for the Hug a Bear program to our office. Your dedication and support are truly appreciated and make a significant impact on the lives of the children in our care.
